Who we are
RevCharm is a product operated by Optimize Media LLC (“Optimize Media”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains how we handle information in connection with the revcharm.com website and the RevCharm application.
This website
The revcharm.com marketing website does not collect or send personal information. It sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
The optional “demo brief” on the homepage runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not submitted, stored or transmitted; if you choose to download the brief, the file is created on your own device. If you email us (for example, to request a demo), we receive the information you choose to include in that email and use it to respond.
Like any website, the hosting provider that serves these pages may process standard technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
The RevCharm app and Google user data
When a RevCharm customer connects a Google account, RevCharm requests access to Google Calendar. We use that access only to:
- read free/busy availability, so calls are offered and assigned only when a closer is available; and
- create, update and cancel the booking events that RevCharm schedules.
Google user data is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not transferred to others except as needed to provide the RevCharm service or as required by law. We do not allow humans to read this data unless the user gives explicit consent, it is necessary for security purposes or to comply with law, or it is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
RevCharm's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Other information in the app
RevCharm processes the account, team and booking information customers and their prospects provide in order to schedule calls and assign closers. We use it only to provide the service.
Retention and deletion
We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations. You can disconnect Google access at any time from your Google Account permissions page. To request access to, or deletion of, your information, email support@revcharm.com; we will delete it unless we are legally required to keep it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above.
