About these terms

These terms apply to the revcharm.com website and the RevCharm application, operated by Optimize Media LLC (“Optimize Media”, “we”, “us”). By using them, you agree to these terms.

The service

RevCharm is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. To the extent permitted by law, Optimize Media is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Acceptable use

• Use RevCharm only for lawful purposes and in line with the rules of any connected service, such as Google Calendar.
• Do not attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, disrupt the service, or probe it for vulnerabilities without permission.
• Do not use RevCharm to send spam or unlawful communications.

We may suspend access that breaks these rules.
